NINH BINH - HA LONG BAY–HO CHI MINH- CAMBODIA

Vietnam and Cambodia are two of the most culturally rich countries in Southeast Asia, with a fascinating history that dates back thousands of years. From the ancient temples of Angkor Wat to the bustling cities of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, will provide you with a deep understanding of the unique customs, traditions, and beliefs of these two countries, and the opportunity to experience their rich cultural heritage firsthand.
It will provide you with a unique and immersive travel experience that you won't find anywhere else in the world. From exploring ancient temples to cycling through rice paddies and cruising along the Mekong Delta in Vietnam or experiencing some special activities such as monk blessing, Oxcart ride, Angkor Zipline and so on in Cambodia. You'll also have the opportunity to interact with locals, learn about their way of life, and gain a deeper appreciation for the cultures and traditions of these two countries.
DAY 1: HA NOI ARRIVAL – HALF CITY TOUR
After arrival at Noi Bai airport, immigration procedure. Welcomed by our tour guide and transfer to city centre.
Check in time: after 2pm.
Go to visit Ho Chi Minh Complex includes Ba Dinh square, the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday, every afternoon, we can still view from the outside the building), a sightseeing of the Presidential Palace (view from outside), President’s Fishpond, House On Stilts, and the famous One Pillar Pagoda.
(Note: should wear long trousers to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum)
Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake, enjoy a walking tour to explore city & Hanoi Old Quarters: Hanoi opera House, Hang Gai, Hang Dao, Hang Ngang, Dong Xuan market…ect with hundreds of specialty shops selling silk clothing, lacquerware, embroidered linens, furniture, bamboo, cooking utensils…
Free your leisure to explore Ha Noi city by night.
Night activities suggestion: enjoy local beer at Ta Hien Streets, experience the ambience of sleepless street with life music, the young people of Hanoi and also foreign tourists. Hundreds of bars and pubs in the Old Quarter are also at your disposal Or just simple spend your time at shopping malls or various boutique Shops.

DAY 2: HA NOI – NINH BINH TOUR
After breakfast, our tour guide will come to pick you up from your hotel, driving along green fields and villages on the two sides of highway number 01. Your first stop is Hoa Lu, used to be the capital of Vietnam in the 11st centuries, visit the temple of Dinh & Le dynasty, learn about history of Vietnam in the war with China and about the first Vietnamese government. Have a great view of rice paddy field, and lots of fresh air.
Get on a small boat, glide along a long canal with rice paddy fields and mountains two sides, your boat will go through three caves called "Hang Ca", "Hang 2", "Hang 3". It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river and along the way, you witness local fisher folk, village life along the river and, of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for.
Finish your boat trip and in the late afternoon, return to Hanoi.

DAY 3: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY – LAN HA BAY ON CRUSE
Breakfast at hotel.
Our tour guide and private car will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to HaLong Bay which has been recognized by Unesco as a World Heritage Site since 1994 for its thousands of natural islands and one of the most magnificent scenic spots in Vietnam as well.
Ha Long Bay includes its infinitely rich system of grottoes and caves such as: Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Grotto), Dau Go (Driftwood Grotto), Sung Sot (Surprise Grotto), Tam Cung (Three Palace Grotto), Trinh Nu (Virgin Grotto)... Each is a grandiose and refined natural architectural creation.
While exploring the bay, tourists will feel lost in a legendary world of stone islands which shapes change depending on the angle and the light.
Welcome and check-in boat at noon, your seafood lunch will be served while the cruise slowly slides on romantic waves of the sea.
Afternoon is time for many interesting activities such as: visiting the cave, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, cooking class…
Enjoy special dinner dishes and continuing night programs with the crew.

DAY 4: LAN HA - HA LONG – HA NOI – FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH
Wake up early and see daylight filtering through the mist and towering rock formations, leaving you with a dream-like memory of your visit to HaLong Bay. Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Check out the cabin before enjoying Vietnamese cooking class. After that, Brunch will be served during the boat cruising back to shore. When disembark at harbor, transfer to Ha Noi airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 5: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – CITY TOUR
Proceed to visit Cu Chi Tunnels - a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign tourists - the network of over 200 km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. These tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centres & as kitchen.
Return to Ho Chi Minh city.
Go to visit Independence Palace also known as the Reunification Palace, a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu.
Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon one of the oldest churches and the top famous attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, the cathedral's distinctive neo-Romanesque features include the all-red brick façade
Old Post Office A fantastic French Colonial architecture building having Roman archesxand gilded glass windows

Night activitis suggestions: Free time Nguyen Hue walking street. This magnificently structured walking street is one of the city’s most exciting yet peaceful settings to be explored. Connecting the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Bach Dang Wharf, Nguyen Hue street can be easily found in the central area of Nguyen Hue pedestrian street is set up with mist-emitting systems and vegetation which adds a touch of nature to the whole area and brings it to life.
Free time to go around Bui Vien Walking Street is a famous and extremely bustling amusement park of Saigon's youth, famous for its lively bars and clubs throughout the night.

DAY 6: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA TOUR
Breakfast at hotel.
Proceed for Mekong Delta Tour - Enjoy the view of 04 islands Long, Lan, Qui, Phung on cruise on Tien River; admire the daily life of the rafting fish farming village spread along Thoi Son island and admire the Rach Mieu bridge.
At Thoi Son island, visitors can visit the orchard - pomelo garden, jackfruit garden ...., visit the house, honey bee farm, enjoy lemon honey tea and specialty jams.
Sitting on auto rickshaws, trams moving on the village roads, enjoying the scenery and learning about the life and activities of the islanders.
Visit Chuong Duong eco-tourism site or Western eco-tourism site, enjoy fruits in the garden and listen to Southern folk music.
Sit on a rowing boat to explore the natural scenery of the water coconut canal.
Visit the coconut candy factory
Back to the wharf. Return to Ho Chi Minh city.

DAY 7: HO CHI MINH –FLIGHT TO SIEM REAP
Breakfast at hotel. Check out hotel 12:00.
Transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap.
You will be welcomed and greeted by our professional tour guide at Siem Reap airport and transfer to hotel (The room maybe not yet ready until afternoon).

Day 8: ANGKOR WAT
After breakfast at hotel, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks - the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. We continue to the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. We will end our day discovering Ta Prohm, one of the area's most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Late afternoon, you will enjoy Remork ride (commonly called Tuktuk) around the city and you will have a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monk for the prosperity, happiness and safety for your trip. Day 9: SIEM REAP DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel, we visit the floating village, located about 15 kilometers south of Siem Reap. We take a boat trip in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia. We spend the rest of day visiting the "Chantiers Ecoles - Les Artisans d'Angkor" which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone carving and wood sculpting. Transfer to airport for your departure flight.
